This Cancellation & Refunds policy applies to paid
subscriptions and purchases for TalosRed services (“Service”).
This policy is incorporated into our
Terms of Service.
1. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your
subscription at any time.

Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops
future renewals. Unless otherwise stated in your plan or
order form, you will retain access to paid features until
the end of your current billing period.
2. Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at
our discretion, taking into account the nature of the issue,
time since purchase, usage of the Service (for example, scans
consumed), and any applicable legal requirements.

with your account details, the reason for the request, and
any supporting information.

Mandatory law. Nothing in this policy
limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
3. Billing issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate
charge, wrong plan, etc.), contact us promptly at
support@talosred.com

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we
may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.
