1. About the Service

TalosRed provides security regression testing for AI systems, including automated adversarial testing (e.g., fuzzing) of LLM and agent endpoints, CI/CD integrations, evidence-oriented findings reports, and compliance exports (for example, mappings to OWASP LLM Top 10 and other frameworks described on our website).

The Service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and your subscription terms.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and authorized use

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must ensure you have all rights and authorizations necessary to test any endpoint, application, model, system, dataset, or environment you connect to the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to target or attempt to compromise any third-party systems without explicit authorization;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent rate limits, or attempt to access non-public areas;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models/techniques, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law;
• use the Service in violation of law, including applicable cybercrime and data protection laws.

4. Customer systems, testing safety, and security responsibilities

• Black-box testing. The Service is designed to test AI endpoints without special model access. Your results depend on the interface and protections you expose.
• Safe operation. You are responsible for selecting appropriate environments (for example, staging vs. production), access controls, permissions, and safeguards to prevent unintended side effects.
• Remediation decisions. You remain solely responsible for evaluating findings, deciding what to change, and deploying any remediation.

5. Fees, billing, and cancellation

• Subscriptions. Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan limits may be described on our website or in an order form.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual property

• Our IP. The Service, website content, software, and documentation are owned by TalosRed Technologies and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Your inputs. As between you and TalosRed, you retain ownership of your systems, configurations, and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”), subject to the license below.
• License to operate. You grant TalosRed a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

7. Confidentiality

You and TalosRed may exchange confidential information. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect the other party’s confidential information and to use it only for purposes of providing or using the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalosRed disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Security testing reduces risk but cannot guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities, attacks, breaches, or compliance issues.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalosRed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalosRed’s total liability for all claims in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts paid by you to TalosRed for the Service during that period.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TalosRed Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law; (b) your Customer Content; or (c) your unauthorized testing or access of any third-party systems.

11. Hold Harmless (Security Product)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold harmless TalosRed Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to:

• your decision to run scans against any environment (including production) and any resulting downtime, degraded performance, or side effects;
• your failure to obtain proper authorization to test an endpoint or system;
• your configuration choices, prompts/test inputs, automation workflows, or deployment/remediation decisions based on Service outputs; and
• any third-party claims related to your use or misuse of the Service.

This clause does not limit liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
