Why TalosRed exists
As AI moved from prototypes to production, telemetry became easier to collect than evidence. Teams ended up with spans, logs, screenshots, and ad hoc eval scripts, but still struggled to explain whether a system was safe to ship or what actually failed.
TalosRed is our answer: an evidence layer that sits on top of the traces, logs, and review data teams already have, then turns that material into findings, reports, and reusable baselines for release review, incident response, and audit preparation.
